EXPERTS LAUNCH LEAD INTEGRITY ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

Launching Lead Integrity Management Consultants

A conversation among professional women of diverse faiths on their unique contributions towards improving a world of polarisation and dissonance, and creating opportunities for social cohesion

OUR VALUES

We believe that being able to serve a mission, can sometimes benefit from wisdom from outside of specific institutions/organisations, while sharing and honoring their values, and bringing considerable expertise in the forms of service, or strategic priorities, to which the organization(s) is/are committed.

We have learned that the resilience all people need to secure sustainability of basic needs and human flourishing, requires a profound transformation in the way we see, listen to, understand and serve each other.

Through our respective learning and diverse professions, we are convinced that all belief systems, faiths and traditions can be harnessed through our working to serve each and all, together. We believe this will be the tipping point towards the peaceful coexistence our earth, and all its peoples, desperately need.

We offer support to CEOs, COOs, organizations, teams and diverse groups who want to challenge or deepen their understanding of their own organizational competencies, as well as the environments they are operating in.

BUILD A CULTURE THAT IS POSITIVE, EQUITABLE AND RESILIENT.

Strong leadership is distinctive. Strong leaders recognize when it is time to adjust—culture, responsiveness and message. Using democratic values, we help you weave a socially cohesive culture into the fabric of your organization to help you succeed on a whole new level. You rise when your brand serves the common good.

Lead Integrity, a multinational strategy and management consulting firm, provides resources for coalition building, issue-based advocacy and marketing, research and analysis, and capacity building and training.

Our experts are women—informed by different faiths, with multiple competencies acquired over decades of leadership and service in diverse sectors, from different countries and in varied organizations and communities. We know culture.
